A video has emerged revealing MMA coach Justin Buchholz generously giving his fighter’s victorious opponent some water after their match up. Buchholz was all class in this moment after watching a competitor finish his fighter.
Justin Buchholz has been around the sport of mixed martial arts for some time now. A coach for Sacramento, California’s highly acclaimed training camp Team Alpha Male, Buchholz can often be found cage side with his fighters.
This time around, the talented coach showed his sportsmanship after a fighter from the highly skilled camp suffered an unfortunate loss.
Back in 2016, Team Alpha Male’s Andre Fili went toe-to-toe with Yair Rodriguez at UFC 197. Fili put on a valiant performance, but ultimately suffered a knockout loss to his opponent in the second round.
After the fight, Rodriguez asks his corner for some water. However, none was readily available. Justin Buchholz was quick to offer his own to the fighter, showing an exemplary moment of sportsmanship in mixed martial arts.
