The highly anticipated fight card is going down inside the Scottrade Center and is set to feature a night full of exciting match ups. The fight kicked off at a fast pace, as Kang began walking down Cannetti with a flurry of strikes. However, Cannetti retaliated with a right hand that stunned Kang. Cannetti took advantage of the moment and took his opponent to the canvas. Halfway through the opening round, the two fighters made their way back to their feet. Cannetti and Kang each began dumping power shots, connecting with some vicious strikes over each other. Kang began pushing the pace once more, with Cannetti consistently landing powerful counters from his back foot. The fight's energy quickly shifted, as Kang tripped his opponent to the canvas. Kang locked in a triangle choke submission on his opponent, being picked up off the mat by Cannetti.
