New MMA First — Fighter Backflips Into Fight Ending Choke

A fascinating night of fights went down on Saturday, April 28. While Bellator MMA was in Illinois hosting the highly anticipated fight card for Bellator 198, Odzaci, Serbia was hosting an interesting fight night of their own. Serbian Battle Championship 17 went down on Saturday night, featuring a welterweight match up between Michel Pereira and Laerte Costa. Now a video from the bout is taking the internet by storm. Pereira could be seen struggling to dish out damage to his downed opponent, before deciding to go for something unexpected. The fighter turned his back to Costa and back flipped on top of his opponent, stomping Costa in the face.
