Slugfest! Melvin Guillard vs. Takanori Gomi Official For July

It would appear that two former UFC lightweights are now set to throw down. This time around, two mixed martial arts veterans will meet inside the ring for RIZIN Fighting Federation. RIZIN FF 11 is set to take place July 29 inside the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan. Former Pride champion Takanori Gomi was initially set to face off against Andy Souwer. However, Souwer has since been removed from the match up. Now former UFC competitor Melvin Guillard has stepped up in short notice to accept the fight against Gomi.
