The officials over at Ultimate Fighting Championship found a mega star in Paige VanZant when they signed her in December 2013. After just one fight inside the octagon, the strawweight inked a deal with Reebok to be one of the few fighters independently sponsored by the athletic apparel company. It wasn’t long before VanZant headlined her first-ever event in 2015 opposite of “Thug” Rose Namajunas at “UFC Fight Night: Namajunas vs. VanZant”.
VanZant is climbing her way to the top of the UFC’s stacked strawweight division and currently ranked tenth, she will have at least one more fight before she makes it to a shot at the title.
