UFC’s longtime commentator Mike Goldberg has only recently parted ways with the promotion, but if any of the rumors going around are true, he might end up popping up sooner than many had thought.
Goldberg called his last event for the UFC at UFC 207 this past December. Many were surprised with his departure as he’d been with the company since the dark ages of the sport and had seen it grow into a worldwide sports franchise. However, the rumors on the infamous mixed martial arts forum “The Underground” are that Mike Goldberg might be calling the big Bellator 172 main event this weekend between MMA legend Fedor Emelianenko and UFC veteran Matt Mitrione.
MMAimports has reached out to several sources for confirmation of these rumblings from the UG but as of the time of this writing, nothing has been confirmed.
