Conor McGregor’s infamous BJJ coach and training partner Dillon Danis has finally inked a major promotional contract to make his MMA crossover.
Surprisingly though, despite his own proclamation that he’ll be selling out arena’s like his famous counterpart, Danis will not be fighting under the bright lights of the UFC banner. Instead, it was the Viacom owned Bellator MMA promotion that opted in on the hype.
A debut has not been set for the grappling ace, but under the guidance of Scott Coker, expect Danis to be allowed to grow into the sport.
He’s currently 0-0 in both amateur and professional mixed martial arts competition.
