Heavyweights Mark Hunt and Alistair Overeem made their way into the octagon at “UFC 209” prepared to kick off the main card with their heavy-hitting affair. Fans and fighters alike did not expect the fight to make it past the first round, but the two would make it to the final round where Overeem would knock Hunt out cold.
Hunt was backed up against the octagon fence and Overeem had been working the body the entire fight. Overeem cracked Hunt with a knee and a stiff left that sent Hunt crashing face first to the canvas. Check out fighter reactions below:
