Boxing legend Floyd “Money” Mayweather is interested in buying a team in the NBA.
On Thursday, Mayweather posted a photo of himself with NBA legend Magic Johnson on his Instagram page.
“It’s about time for me to buy an NBA team, if you’re ready to sell your NBA team, please get in touch with me,” Mayweather wrote on his Instagram.
For many years, Mayweather was the highest paid athlete in all sports. If a potential dream boxing match with UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor comes to fruition, there is no doubt Mayweather would have the funds to purchase his own team.
