“I’m Not Racist, I’m Half-Black … From The Waste Down’

There seems to be no line he won’t cross when it comes to UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor.

This past week, McGregor and Floyd “Money” Mayweather have been involved in a world press tour that has seen both fighters travel to four different cities in the span of four days.

During the press conferences, McGregor has caused some controversy with some comments that can be seen as racist.

On Tuesday, during the first press conference, some people were upset when McGregor said “dance for me, boy,” while talking to Mayweather.

On Thursday, McGregor responded by claiming he is half black.

“A lot of media seem to be saying I’m against black people. That’s absolutely (expletive) ridiculous,” McGregor said in Brooklyn, New York.

“Do they not know I’m half black. Yeah! I’m half black from the belly button down.”

This past week Mayweather and McGregor held press conferences in Los Angeles, Toronto, Brooklyn, and London to promote their fight in Las Vegas on Aug. 26.
