Weidman Threatens Bisping With Physical Violence Following Father Diss

Former UFC Middleweight Champion Chris Weidman is not happy with current UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping.

Following Weidman’s win on Saturday, Weidman and Bisping were involved in a heated Twitter exchange.

While the two were trading insults, Bisping may have gone too far when he mentioned Weidman’s father.

“Put your dad on a (expletive) leash. It’s embarrassing,” Bisping said in a tweet directed at Weidman. The UFC champion was referring to when Weidman’s father joins him in the cage and celebrates his son’s win.

“He can say anything he wants about me, he can talk about how ugly I am or anything about my face or my body or whatever, or my career. Come at me all you want. But this guy, then he comes after my father? So yeah, whatever, he’s an idiot,” Weidman said on a recent episode of The MMA Hour.

Weidman went on to say he might pay Bisping a visit while he’s doing analyst work for FOX. The next UFC event, UFC 214, takes place Saturday in Anaheim, California.

“I might go to Anaheim just to find Mr. Bisping, who wants to bring up my family,” Weidman said. “I’m going to slap him in his mouth.”
