Alistair Overeem Looks Lean And Smaller Ahead Of This Weekend’s UFC 218 Ngannou Fight | Pics

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is getting ready for yet another exciting night of fights. The mixed martial arts promotion will be heading to Detroit, Michigan on Saturday, Dec. 2, for UFC 218.

The night’s main event is set to see UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway go toe-to-toe with former champion Jose Aldo in a highly anticipated rematch. The co-main event will be a heavyweight war between Dutch kickboxing phenom Alistair Overeem and rising contender Francis Ngannou.

Overeem has recently been offering messages to his fight fans over social media, in which the heavyweight appears to be looking smaller than usual. In fact, his transformation under the USADA era has also been noticed by many MMA fans.  Check out Overeem’s form in the two Instagram posts available below:

“You become what you do.” Overeem said on his social media. “More importantly, you become who you hang around with. So, choose your peers and influence wisely. @athletic.performance.training @elitefitrevolution #ufc218 #detroit #EliteFitRevolution”

“Study first, play afterwards. ~ 13 days to go. #ufc218 #reemisdetroit #alwaysworking”
