Anthony Pettis may be known as “Showtime” for his flashy approach of attack, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have the basics mastered already. Pettis has been dong martial arts since a very young age and is one of the top strikers in all of mixed martial arts.
His coach is world renowned striking guru Duke Roufus, who coaches some of the top fighters in the UFC. With that said, there’s not much he hasn’t seen when it comes to the stand up game. However, even Roufus was caught off guard by the former UFC lightweight champion and had his lights put out in an instant.
