“Rumble” Johnson Latest Fighter To Get A Good Laugh At The Expense Of CM Punk

Phil Brooks, better known by his WWE moniker CM Punk, decided to transition into the world of mixed martial arts back in 2016. Following the professional wrestler turned fighter’s devastating loss, CM Punk has received quite a bit of flak from fellow fighters and fight fans alike.

Now a former UFC light heavyweight title challenger can be counted among them.

CM Punk made his big MMA debut inside the octagon back at UFC 203. Opponent Mickey Gall made short work of the fighter, earning a swift first round submission victory over Punk.

CM Punk is now set to face off against Mike Jackson, another fighter to suffer an octagon debut defeat to Mickey Gall, at UFC 225. The event will take place in Punk’s hometown of Chicago, Illinois on June 9.
