Rumors have circulated this week that the UFC is looking to place Nate Diaz on August’s UFC 227 fight card, and now at least one UFC lightweight is showing interest in welcoming the UFC mega-star back to the world of Prize Fighting.
Nate hasn’t seen the inside of the UFC cage since his controversial decision loss to Conor McGregor, in their rematch at UFC 202. Prior to that defeat Nate choked out McGregor to become the first man in UFC history to hand the Irish star a loss.
With Nate toying with the idea of a long-awaited return, the first UFC lightweight to throw his name in the hat is Kevin Lee.
