Ultimate Fighting Championship’s Conor McGregor has been teasing a jump to the boxing ring for quite some time, and stars from the squared circle have been chomping at the bit to throw down with “The Notorious”. McGregor’s main interest has been, and will likely always be, Floyd Mayweather but the financial side of the fight is what’s holding the process up (perhaps indefinitely).
However, another boxing star in Manny Pacquiao and his team have expressed interest in throwing down with McGregor. Dana White told Yahoo Sports that he was quick to put the kibosh on the idea solely because of Bob Arum, Pac-Man’s promoter:
“Listen, I love Manny Pacquiao. But I don’t love Bob Arum. You can tell Arum to save his money and not make any calls over here because we aren’t doing business with him.”
