A few choice cutting words were shared between the fighters Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Muhammad “King Mo” Lawal in a recent press conference churning up to the anticipated Bellator bout between the two.
Within the press conference, Lawal made jest of Jackson’s increasingly relaxed physique by referring to him as pregnant. Quinton Jackson retorted with hurt feelings.
Jackson said, “But it hurt my feelings though, King Mo. That hit home, because I am out of shape. That hit home though. ”
Not letting off with a single remark, Lawal continued, “You talk about lifting weights; you’re lifting donuts.”
Bellator announced the fight during last night’s Bellator 170 broadcast on SPIKE T.V. The two will headline Bellator 175 on March 31.
