Jenny Huang Aims To Leave Bangkok As ONE FC Champion

Two undefeated fighters will be battling it out for the atomweight belt at ONE: Warrior Kingdom. Professional record of 5-0, Jenny Huang is looking to walk away with the championship belt.

In March, Huang will be traveling to Bangkok to fight in the main event of ONE: Warrior Kingdom. Unfortunately for Huang, she will have to tear through fellow undefeated atomweight Angela Lee if she wants the title.

Atomweight champion Angela “Unstoppable” Lee is currently making good use of her moniker, as she is currently 6-0 in the sport. Of course don’t expect Huang to be deterred by Lee’s record.

In an interview with Sport 360, Huang provided some insight into her mindset going into the event.

“I am very confident. I believe in myself. That is what I learned from my last fight. I know I will fight amazing this time also. I am very grateful ONE Championship believes in me and gave me this opportunity.”

Finalizing her thoughts on the up coming bout, Hunag said “It is time to show people who Jenny Huang is. You never know the result because I am unpredictable.”

While Huang is confident going into the incipient title fight, she has been making some changes within her camp.

Sport 360 reported that Huang has moved out of her Chinese Taipei camp Martial Armour and settled into Tianjin Top Team in China.

Huang explained that the move occurred for two reasons.

“First, Tianjin Top Team has good training systems. I came to learn many martial arts, and train with the many great pro MMA fighters. Second, it is sad about the environment in my hometown. A few people have made the MMA business like Game of Thrones. It is not easy to be a pro MMA fighter there.”

Jenny Huang and Angela “Unstoppable” Lee are set to go toe to toe in the main event on March 11 in the Impact Arena of Bangkok, Thailand at ONE: Warrior Kingdom.
