In an interview earlier this week, top-ranked middleweight Gegard Mousasi stated he is worried about possibly not being allowed to enter the United States for his fight at UFC 210 against former UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman due to an executive order signed by U.S. president Donald Trump prohibiting people in seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the United States. Mousasi was born in Iran, which is one of the countries on the list, but moved to the Netherlands when he was a kid and is a Dutch citizen.
Not knowing Trump was going to win, Mousasi did an interview on “The MMA Hour” in October before his November 19th fight against Uriah Hall wanting Trump to defeat Hillary Clinton.

“I don’t like Hillary,” Mousasi stated. “I’m not American, but if I had the choice, I would go for Donald (laughs). I think Hillary is a bigger liar. She’s a more professional liar. I prefer the guy that lies but you know he’s lying than someone you know he’s so good at lying that you don’t know.”
Wonder if “The Dreamcatcher” regrets making those comments.
UFC 210 takes place on April 8 from the Keybank Center in Buffalo. The main event of the show is Daniel Cormier defending the UFC light heavyweight against Anthony Johnson.
