UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor’s “bottle-gate” case is potentially being opened to another re-hearing. After a fiasco at the UFC 202 press conference, in which McGregor and Nate Diaz had a scuffle with some water bottles, McGregor was fined $75,000 by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. ESPN MMA reporter Brett Okamoto was first to report it over Twitter.

The fine was initially believed to be as high as $150,000 but has since been curbed down to $75,000.
Perhaps with a re-hearing “Notorious” will be able to curb that value again. However, McGregor does have some beef with the commission to consider.
