Mike Perry was riding a lot of momentum heading into UFC on Fox 22 against Alan Jouban. He was undefeated in nine wins, all of the wins were by knockout and won his first two UFC fights over Hyun Guy Lim at UFC 202 in August an Danny Roberts at UFC 204 in October in devastating fashion. Winning fights in impressive fashion and add in the fact, Perry has a gift to gab which made fight fans including Dana White take notice.
Jouban though had different plans in mind and derailed the hype train, winning by unanimous decision.
Normally after a fighter loses, they want to take some time off, collect their thoughts and see how they lost the fight and improve on the mistakes made during the fight. Perry isn’t one of those fighters.
He took to Twitter and told the UFC president he isn’t looking for rest and wants to get the taste of his first loss out of his mouth.
What’s up @danawhite @ufc. Getting bored. I want to beat someone up. I’ll Fight #anyone

Who would be a good opponent for the popular welterweight to get back on track and start to make a run at the championship?
