UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley and UFC star Sage Northcutt seem to be having a good time while in training camp for Woodley’s next fight.
On Thursday, Northcutt posted a photo alongside Woodley while playing laser tag.
Woodley has enlisted Northcutt’s help to mimic UFC welterweight contender Stephen Thompson in preparation for their next fight.
Woodley will defend his title for the second time against Thompson in the main event of UFC 209 on March 4.
In November, at UFC 205, Woodley defended his title against Thompson in a fight that was ruled a majority draw by the judges.
Before the draw, Woodley was on a three-fight win streak that culminated with him winning the UFC title. In July, at UFC 201, Woodley knocked out then-champion Robbie Lawler to win the title. Woodley’s win streak also includes wins over Kelvin Gastelum and Dong Hyun Kim.
Northcutt is the UFC’s youngest star and has three wins in the promotion. He is coming off a submission loss to Mickey Gall in December.
