Holly Holm lost her third consecutive fight at UFC 208 on Saturday night to Germaine de Randamie by unanimous decision in her quest to become the inaugural UFC women’s featherweight champion.
Each week, the UFC comes out with their official rankings compiled by various media outlets. In the latest rankings, the newest division still doesn’t have a rankings list to only having three fighters: de Randamie, Holm and Cris “Cyborg” Justino.
Both fighters though are still in the women’s bantamweight rankings. “The Preacher’s Daughter” moved down two spots to number four while “The Iron Lady” remained at number ten.
How the former 135-pound champion moves down and the new 145-pound stays in the same position is beyond me and saved for a later conversation.
