Former UFC welterweight champion Johny Hendricks made his successful middleweight debut against one of the scariest fighters in the division, Hector Lombard, this past Sunday night at UFC Fight Night 105. Hendricks had a long history of difficulty making weight at 170lbs, but decided to move up to 185lbs and with the victory over Lombard, has now put the heavy weight cutting routine behind him.
Speaking at the post fight press conference Hendricks was all smiles as he explained how he felt for the first time at his new middleweight home. In fact, he was even having some fun with one of the media members whose cell phone went off while asking Johny a question.
