There is no denying the fact that Ultimate Fighting Championship contains the best collection of fighters in the world. However, just because a fighter gets cut from their roster does not mean they cannot cut it with the elite. Some young fighters still have potential and can either carve out a new home with a new following in a different promotion, or fight their way back to the world-famous octagon.
Former UFC welterweight Nicolas Dalby took to his social media pages to reveal that he has been informed by his old bosses that he has been cut from the company. Dalby posted his reaction on Instagram which you can read below:
“I received information that I’ve been cut from the UFC ?. Is it a bitter pill to swallow? Sure is. Fighting in the UFC is about as big as it gets in MMA.
However I am immensely humbled by the love and support my fans, friends, family and girlfriend have showed me! ❤ And now it’s up to me to show the world that nobody puts Dalby in the corner ??. I’m a lover and a fighter. So now I’ll give my girlfriend a big kiss and go to the gym and train harder than I ever did before. I’ll be back. Stronger and more dangerous than ever! ?
