Whether you think Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather will actually face off in the boxing ring or not, the majority of fighters and fans believe that it’s a fight Mayweather wins easily. The idea of that a mixed martial artist could step into the boxing world and beat the best pound for pound boxer to ever step in the ring seems far fetched at best.
Genady “Triple G” Golovkin, who’s also the reigning IBF, IBO and WBC champion, isn’t giving Conor McGregor any chance against Mayweather whatsoever. “It’s not too much interest for this fight because it’s a commercial fight, a businesses fight. It’s not boxing, it’s just very good for Floyd’s record,” Golovkin stated.
