Movie legend Steven Seagal has gotten a bad wrap from many martial arts fans. Yet rather you love him or you hate him, the actor has done much to propel martial arts into the modern day.
Watch as the cinema veteran light spars with UFC light heavyweight Rafael Cavalcante. The demonstration took place in 2012, as the video notes. In the demonstration, Seagal can be seen lightly parrying strikes coming in from the UFC fighter. With people and cameras flooding around them, the two martial artists showed off some quick techniques for the crowd.
