UFC heavyweight Francis Ngannou’s striking has never been anything to sneeze at. Undefeated in the UFC, “The Predator” has yet to even go the distance inside the octagon. Somehow the heavyweight KO artist has found a way to continue to impress.
Renowned MMA journalist Ariel Helwani recently posted to Instagram a video of “The Predator” hard at work on a heavy bag.
The prolific journalist captioned the post with a simple, “This man hits hard.”
“The Predator” is riding an undefeated five fight win streak inside the octagon, with his most recent victory being a first round TKO of Andrei Arlovski at UFC on Fox 23 this January.
