Many have been questioning how much Mauricio Rua has left in the tank. With 35 professional fights spanning nearly 15 years, “Shogun” has been around for a long time. As a former light heavyweight champion, he’s fought the best. At tonight’s UFC Fight Night 106 in Brazil, Rua proved that he still has fights left to give.
Rua achieved a third round TKO victory over Gian Villante in the co-main event of tonight’s fight night. Many fighters have responded to the third consecutive victory of the light heavyweight veteran. Here is what some of the pros had to say.
