Tragic news struck the world of mixed martial arts community in February when it was revealed that Ultimate Fighting Championship vet Terry Etim allegedly threw himself into traffic.
Eyewitnesses first saw Etim running in and out of traffic, weaving between cars all the while throwing himself into the windshields leaving himself a bloody mess. Liverpool Echo reports that Etim is now in stable condition, and after a month he is at home recuperating and licking his wounds.
Etim is most famous inside the octagon for being on the wrong end of a knockout of the year candidate where Edson Barboza blasted him with a spinning heel kick. Since then, Etim has made his way to Bellator and has not fought since Bellator 109 in 2013. We here at MMA Imports wish him a speedy recovery.
