The rivalry between Cody “No Love” Garbrandt and TJ Dillashaw continues to heat up just one day removed from the season premier of the “The Ultimate Fighter”. Things got physical in the first episode when Garbrandt grabbed the throat of Dillashaw after getting verbally provoked, but the beef has spilled over onto social media on Thursday evening.
The UFC Bantamweight Champion wants it to be known that there is no love lost between himself and Dillashaw after TJ split from Team Alpha Male years ago.
Dillashaw, a former member of Team Alpha Male, has donned the nickname of “snake” after leaving the team in order to join Elevation Fight Team and the nickname has taken on a life of its own. Dillashaw has embraced the nickname and has essentially made it his gimmick heading into the massive fight this summer.
Now, Garbrandt is making it a point to blow up Dillashaw’s spot as much as he can. Garbrandt took to his Twitter account to dish out another verbal onslaught on Dillashaw, recently implying that he was on performance enhancing drugs:
