Daniel Cormier stepped into the octagon at “UFC 210” earlier in April and defeated Anthony “Rumble” Johnson in the second round to retain his UFC Light Heavyweight Championship. The bout played out almost exactly like their first meeting did, with Cormier taking the back of Johnson before submitting him with ease.

Now, Cormier has his sights set on somebody else. No, it’s not Jon “Bones” Jones or Jimi Manuwa. Cormier recently caught wind that Snoop Dogg revealed his favorite fighter was none other than D.C.’s rival in Jones and Cormier had some words about that:

“I don’t know what Snoop’s issue is with me, you know? I was having a little fun, I guess he didn’t like it. But, I think him and Jon [Jones] may have some sort of relationship previous to him seeing my fight, you know? He’s free to cheer for who he wants.”

With nobody in his sights to challenge him for his belt, could Cormier be defending his UFC Light Heavyweight Championship against Jones next?
