Dana White shocked the world months ago when he revealed that Georges St-Pierre would be making his return to the octagon to challenge Michael Bisping for the UFC Middleweight Championship.
While fans were not shocked about the return of St-Pierre, they were caught off guard by the fact that he would get to jump over the rest of the middleweight challengers after being inactive for years.
St-Pierre had dominated the welterweight division and cemented his legacy as one of the greatest fighters to ever step foot inside the octagon. With dominant wins over the likes of Dan Hardy, Jake Shields, Nick Diaz, and Carlos Condit, it became increasingly difficult to find a challenge for the Canadian great.
After shocking the world with his retirement, St-Pierre is making his way back to the octagon bigger than ever, looking like a true light heavyweight.
