Anthony “Rumble” Johnson took to the microphone after his loss to Daniel Cormier in the main event at “UFC 210” and shocked the world when he revealed he would be hanging up his gloves for good.
The knockout artist revealed he would be retiring, and hinted that he had secured a position with another job. Johnson was emotional during his post-fight interview and thanked everybody for all of their support, but did not touch upon what he would be doing in his life outside of the octagon.
Johnson may be making the switch over to the National Football League as he changed his Twitter biography after the fight:
“From your lips to God’s ears, staying positive even at the worse times #RumbleSquad #Rams #LARams”
Johnson also changed his background on Twitter to the helmet of the Los Angeles Rams. Could “Rumble” have signed a non-athlete deal with the team or is he just showing his support for the new squad? Share your thoughts in the comment section below!
