The Ultimate Fighting Championship held its latest event over the weekend. UFC Fight Night 108 took place in Nashville, Tennessee inside the Bridgestone Arena. In the co-main event, Diego “The Nightmare” Sanchez faced off against Al Iaquinta.
While Iaquinta had not fought within the UFC for two years, the fighter still managed to put on a dominant performance for last Saturday’s co-main event. Al Iaquinta earned a first round knockout over Diego “The Nightmare” Sanchez, making for the first KO loss in Sanchez’s career.
Following the dominant performance, after two years away from the octagon, Al Iaquinta was met with a storm of boos from the crowd. After the event, the fighter took to Twitter to express his distaste.
After a few nasty comments from Al Iaquinta concerning the UFC, competitor Mike Perry decided to leave him a message. “Calm down lil guy,” Mike Perry exclaimed over Twitter.
