“Raging” Al Iaquinta is back at it again, but instead of venting his frustrations on the microphone he has taken to his social media account. Iaquinta made his return to the octagon this past Saturday and after sitting on the shelf for nearly two years, the New York native made his presence felt immediately.
In his co-main event fight with Diego Sanchez at “UFC Fight Night 108”, Iaquinta was patient with his attack and waited for a hole to present itself in Sanchez’s defense. That hole would present itself in less than two minutes and it wasn’t long before Iaquinta was getting pulled off by the referee, getting the win by knockout.
After the bout, Iaquinta was expecting to take home a bonus for his troubles but the company saw fit to reward them to other fighters in what was an exciting night of fights. Iaquinta, who feels he is still suffering from the issues that delayed his return the first time, took to social media to dish out some verbal punishment to the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
Now, Al has taken to his social media again to sound off on everything from Sage Northcutt to the Reebok deal. In a series of tweets that have since been deleted, Iaquinta sounded off on Reebok for their pay and who they chose to sponsor directly. He said:
“Just got off the phone with @Reebok trying to act cool with me, ether youbwoth me or against me”
“You choose little bitch sagenorth cut over me I’m the fucking man.. I’ll take your guy out @Reebok take away my sponsor money”
“Reebok has some nice gear though I’ll give t got them@”
