Vladivostok, Primorsky, Russia held a mixed martial arts event today, as Fight Night Global 63 went down with a controversial stoppage.

Fight Night Global 63 hosted a middleweight bout of some contention. In the fight, Vladimir Mineev faced off against UFC veteran Maiquel Falcão. However, the fight quickly went south for Falcão.

After being rocked by his opponent, Maiquel Falcão suffered an egregiously long series of unnecessary strikes. The fighter was rocked with a punch, bringing him into a field position against the fence.

After being struck multiple times from the position, the fighter was slowly beaten to the ground. Eventually, the fight was called to a stop. However, many have found the stoppage to be vastly too late. The scene can be viewed in the video below.
