UFC icon Vitor Belfort was at one point the youngest ever UFC champion. Today he’s one of the oldest men on the UFC’s roster and he’s till got some fight left.
After his last fight, an unsuccessful outing against Kelvin Gastelum, Belfort revealed he had but one fight left.
After a storied career, Belfort’s longtime reign among the sport’s elite is over. His age is finally catching up to him, and that’s evidenced by his recent three fight losing streak.
Now, according to Brazil’s combate, Vitor is expected to face former middleweight title challenger Nate Marquardt at UFC 212. UFC officials have yet to announce the bout, but sources confirm this one’s a lock.
UFC 212 goes down in June 3, in Rio.
