Former UFC bantamweight champion Miesha Tate had a close call at the weigh-ins for UFC 200. Back in July, the former champion was set to face Amanda Nunes in the main event. But, in order to make weight, Tate had to shed her clothing in front of the media on the biggest weekend in UFC history.
While Tate made the weight, she would go on to lose to Amanda Nunes by way of a first round rear-naked choke. After the fight, Tate would go on to face Raquel Pennington at UFC 205 where she ultimately left her gloves inside the octagon, announcing her retirement.
Since her retirement, Tate has picked up a job as an analyst for FOX Sports 1 where she hosts UFC Tonight among other fight-night coverage shows. Tate has found life after the octagon, but she admitted in the past that there are a couple revenge fights that could bait her out of retirement.
A final fight with Ronda Rousey could be a nice bow on the careers of both women; Do you think that these two should throw down one final time for the fans? Share your predictions for the dream fight below and let us know who you think would walk out of the octagon with their hands raised in victory!
