It’s the fight boxing fans have wanted, and after Canelo’s dominant performance over Chavez Jr., Triple G entered the ring for the next big boxing fight announcement.
Prior to tonight’s boxing main event, the two parties came to terms on a September contest set at 160 pounds.
No additional details were given at the time of the announcement, outside of the bonafide super-fight most wanted by boxing fans is now official.
