UFC President Dana White has broken his silence when it comes to the altercation between Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino and Angela Magana.
This past weekend, the UFC hosted a UFC Athlete Retreat where fighters were invited to Las Vegas.
At the retreat, “Cyborg” confronted Magana over some tweets. Magana had tweeted jokes about Justino’s appearance. The altercation ended with Justino punching Magana.
“We’re looking more into that, and it’s very serious,” White told MMAjunkie. “We’ll see what happens. This is a thing that the district attorney and police are handling. There is way more to that than just ‘what am I thinking about it.'”
Justino has been the recipient of many jokes from those within the UFC when it comes to her appearance. White and UFC commentator Joe Rogan are among those who have publically made fun of the former champion.
