Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) bantamweight champion Cody “No Love” Garbrandt is gearing up to face former champion and former teammate T.J. Dillashaw in an epic title fight grudge match.
The two fighters are not on good terms. Both mixed martial artists use to train under the camp of Team Alpha Male. However, T.J. Dillashaw later left the camp on less than good terms. Now, the two fighters are coaching the new season of The Ultimate Fighter, in which the bad blood is beginning to boil.
In a recent interview, Cody “No Love” Garbrandt explained the beef between the two of them and even mentioned that he has mended things with Conor McGregor. UFC lightweight champion Conor “Notorious” McGregor has a history with the fighters as well.
Back on The Ultimate Fighter 22, Conor McGregor referred to T.J. Dillashaw as a “snake in the grass.” The incident almost brought McGregor and Garbrandt into a brawl. However, “No Love” has now revealed that things are better between him and “Notorious.”
“Me and Conor are cool with that. We established that, because he knows what loyalty is.” Garbrandt said, “We squashed that beef with me and Conor the weak after at a pool party.”
