The mixed martial arts battle largely stayed on the feet. Ultimately going the distance, the two fighters tested each others striking for five brutal rounds. Jedrzejczyk took advantage of her reach, while Andrade landed some powerful bombs on her opponent.
In the end, Jedrzejczyk earned a unanimous decision victory over her opponent. However, the champion suffered a large hematoma and several bruises on her face from the battle. In a recent interview with UFC on FOX, Jedrzejczyk gave her thoughts on the new battle wounds.
