Jorge Masvidal Blasts Michael Bisping, Following Latest Remarks

UFC welterweight contender Jorge Masvidal does not seem to be a fan of UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping.

On a recent episode of his podcast, Bisping made some remarks about Masvidal. Bisping claimed Demain Maia would roll Masvidal up “like a cigar.”

Masvidal did not like Bisping’s comments and sent out a tweet, on Wednesday, firing back at the middleweight champion.

“Fake fighter @bisping + weak sauce comedian = everybody mad at me for not doing a garbage podcast. You drunk again?” Masvidal tweeted at Bisping.

Masvidal is scheduled to fight Maia on Saturday at UFC 211. With both fighter’s impressive winning streaks, the winner of this fight will likely be the top contender for UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley.

Masvidal is on a three-fight win streak and is coming off two TKO wins over Donald Cerrone and Jake Ellenberger. Maia is on a six-fight win streak and is coming off two submission wins over Matt Brown and Carlos Condit.
