Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre is making a return to the octagon after over three years away from the sport. Now, the former champion is set to make his return against a champion.
Having never competed in the middleweight division and being three years removed from the octagon, Georges St-Pierre will be making his return to the octagon in a middleweight title fight match against reigning champion Michael “The Count” Bisping.
The two fighters have already begun their trash talking. With an official date for the title fight still missing, “The Count” has been pressuring his opponent into considering a date for their fight. Now, “The Count” is at it again.
Over Twitter, Georges St-Pierre posted the following message, “Going live today from the @Hayabusacombat Facebook and YouTube! Drop me some questions below and follow along with #TeamHayabusa!”
Then, Michael Bisping decided to add the following, “Are we still gonna fight? Let me know when you’re ready. I’ll take it easy on you I promise.”
