Nate Diaz Not A Fan Of D.C.’s Latest Comments, Targets Him On Twitter

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier has taken the time to respond to a recent tweet. This time, the UFC champion addressed a recent pattern in the mixed martial arts world.

With UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor looking to face Floyd Mayweather in a boxing ring for the payday of his career, other mixed martial artists have been attempting to follow in McGregor’s step.

However, Daniel Cormier is not one of those people. When a fan asked how the UFC light heavyweight champion would fair in a boxing ring, the champion retorted “I would get knocked out so fast!!! All of us would in a BOXING match. We CANT outbox these dudes in straight boxing matches man.”

After Daniel Cormier left the message, fighters and fans have begun speculating on the legitimacy of Cormier’s claims. For one, UFC lightweight contender Nate Diaz recently took to Twitter to say “@dc_mma speak for yourself DC ??.”
