Monster Energy is taking a page out of Reebok’s handbook when it comes to spelling the names of some of the top UFC fighters.
In an advertisement for their energy drink, Monster spells UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley’s name incorrectly.
The advertisement spelled the champion’s name as “Tyrone” Woodley. Below, you can see a picture of the advertisement.
This mistake might add fuel to Woodley’s belief that he is disrespected as the UFC champion.
The Monster Energy advertisement also features UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Daniel Cormier, former heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez, and former bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz, all of which names are spelled correctly.
