The 2017 UFC fighter summit cultivated a little controversy as it came to a close. On the final night of the athlete retreat, UFC strawweight Angela Magana and former Invicta FC featherweight champion Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino entered a confrontation.
It was reported that the police were called by the UFC after “Cyborg” struck Magana. After the strike, Magana decided to press charges against Justino. However, it would appear that TMZ has cultivated a different story.
In an exchange over Twitter, Angela Magana claimed that TMZ’s report on the incident was “grossly inaccurate.” The fighter revealed that she never called the police, as the TMZ report states. Magana has claimed that the UFC called for police.
However, TMZ’s Michael Babcock responded to Magana’s claim with “Our story is based off narrative in police report. Says you called cops, they came to your room, you relayed story. Also describes injuries.”
Tmz report is grossly inaccurate. When the police report is printed you will see
