Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) competitor Gerald “Hurricane” Harris seems to be having some difficulty scoring another fight for his career. The mixed martial artist recently took to Twitter to explain his situation.
Gerald “Hurricane” Harris has not fought in the UFC mixed martial arts promotion since 2010. Since then, the fighter has spent some time with various other fighting companies. Among them, Harris has fought under the LFC and WSOF banners.
Gerald “Hurricane” Harris’ most recent fight was in December of last year. The fighter put himself on a winning streak when he scored a first round KO victory at LFC 63. Now, the fighter is having difficulty finding another match.
“Currently as a free agent – finding a fight is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I am not sure exactly what to do at this point?” Gerald Harris stated over Twitter.
