Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion Conor “Notorious” McGregor has been spending some time away from the mixed martial arts promotion. Most notably, the fighter has been awaiting the birth of his child.
On Friday night, inside the Coombe Maternity Hospital, Conor Jack McGregor was born at 8 pounds and 14 ounces. With the birth of his child, the champion will likely be taking some time away from his training.
Now, fighters and fans have begun sharing their thoughts on the birth of the McGregor Jr. Following a string of messages, Conor “Notorious” McGregor took a moment to respond.
“Dee and Junior are doing great everyone! Thank you for all the kind words, I am one proud and blessed Daddy ❤️.” Conor McGregor posted to Twitter. Some of the messages left by top mixed martial artists may be viewed below.
